How time flies . . . . another week has past and we are now preparing to leave the dock next Thursday. Destination, south, down to Bruny Island and then further exploration of the D’Entrecasteaux Channel. Hopefully weather permitting we will be in search of crays near Recherche Bay. Meanwhile we have to restock the galley and prepare the boat for sea! This entails repacking all the plates and moveable items with non slip between them, and packing away all the bits and pieces that manage to stay out whist we are dockside.
The days have been fine clear and sunny, the mornings and evenings are getting cooler but I am still not feeling toooo cold!! First thing in the morning I look out the rear door toward Mt Wellington, if I can see the top and there isn’t any snow then its going to be an alright day!!
